- CENTURIES-OLD FAMILY PROCESS - Since starting their family business in 1605, Giusti and his descendants have always made their gourmet balsamic vinegar of Modenas using only the finest Lambrusco or Trebbiano grape must, fermented and matured in barrels. Since then, Giusti has never let up on their quality or values, delivering gourmet quality from Modena to your table.
- PURE BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA - Like all of our balsamic vinegars of Modena, this 4 gold medal-winning Quarto Centenario condiment is matured in wooden casks and comes straight from Modena. The grapes used are picked at their ripest from the Giusti vineyards and villa, where they mature to perfection before being bottled and exported.
- PREMIUM CONDIMENT - This premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena by Giusti has been matured and was born for the celebration of the 400 years of the Giusti family production, the Quarto Centenario is a dark brown liquid of extreme fullness, pairing well with all of your favorite foods from meats, seafood, fruits & berries, and especially desserts.
- A TASTE OF RARE LUXURY - 4 Gold Medals Aceto Balsamico di Modena is matured in antique small casks, dating back to the 1800's. It is only extracted once a year in a limited quantity to keep the quality as pure as possible, making this one of our most exclusive products. It gives off a taste of ripe fruits with notes of tobacco, roasted coffee, and wood.
- INCLUDES LUXURIOUS GIFT BOX - Whether you are buying our gourmet Quarto Centenario Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for yourself or a close friend or relative, we have included a beautifully crafted gift box with every bottle sold. The most decorated connoisseurs of balsamic vinegar of Modena will be delighted to receive this gift.
- ABOUT GIUSTI - Giusti has been producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena since 1605, passing down an old family recipe for 17 generations.
- PRODUCT OF ITALY - Made in Modena, Italy through a careful selection of quality ingredients. Refined in over four hundred years of history, Acetaia Giusti combines respect for tradition with a modern and sustainable production philosophy, which enhances the people and the territory in which it operates.
- MODENA, ITALY - Modena is a small town in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy. Located between two rivers, it features a subtropical climate perfect for growing grapes used in high-quality balsamic vinegar and winemaking. This region is the epitome of gourmet Italian food and condiments.
- MAKES A GREAT GIFT - Pair with other products from our line to create a thoughtful gift for holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, employee appreciation, thank you, and hosts. We recommend our best-selling Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - 3 Gold Medals, our White Wine Vinegar Condiment, and our 25-year-old Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP which is always appreciated by foodies, chefs, and home cooks.
