About This

  • 🌳 REFINING: Our balsamic vinegar does not contain thickening additives. It favors the sweet and sour balance essential for a balsamic for daily use. The color is not ink black, in fact our vinegar does not contain chemical dyes, this to favor naturalness and taste. The "Duetto" version is a canvas-covered box containing a bottle of "Affinato" and one of "Extra Vecchio" from La Secchia Antica Acetaia.
  • 🔆 REALIZATION: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. obtained from the very long aging (20 and 35 years) of cooked must from Lambrusco Grasparossa, Trebbiano Montanaro and Trebbiano di Spagna grapes.
  • ⌛ AGING: Aged in small barrels of Cherry, Oak, Chestnut, Mulberry, Acacia, it has a maximum acidity of 6% and has a remarkable persistence and complexity.
  • 🧪 NO CHEMICALS: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP obtained WITHOUT: Caramel, Dyes, Gum Arabica, Artificial Flavoring Substances, Added Sulphites.
  • 🎁 PACKAGING: The pack includes two 100ml bottles, each with its own blown glass measuring cap.
