• MILLED WITHIN HOURS OF HARVESTING – Aleta is milled within hours after harvesting after the olives are transported in climate-controlled process to the mill to maintain the antioxidants and high levels of phenols counts.
• SINGLE VARIETY OLIVES – Koroneiki olives also known as “Queen of Olives” is known for its rich fruity aroma and a characteristic peppery flavor. Each bottle and tin are numbered in accordance with a strictly monitored procedure.
