• TSUGARU VIDRO SAKE GLASS- Vidro means "glass" in Portuguese and Tsugaru Vidro is produced in the region of Aomori, on the northern tip of Japan's mainland. Every single piece of Tsugaru Vidro is made delicately by hand and its masterpieces, characterized by the gentle curves and vibrant colors, reflect the region's changing seasons and landscapes.
• SHADES OF TSUGARU BLUE- This glass sake set is unique, featuring four distinct sake cups, each representing one of the four different surrounding water bodies of Aomori with different shades of blue: The Pacific Ocean, the Tsugaru Strait, the Japan Sea, and the Mutsu Bay. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to "Change for the Blue" project to protect the ocean.
• CREATIVE WAYS TO USE SAKE SET- This type of sake carafe is called Katakuchi and is used for serving cold sake. Sake is transferred from the original bottle to a Katakuchi (as wine is to a decanter), and poured in a sake cup (called Ochoko). Although an Ochoko is used to drink sake, there are other creative ways to use it: to serve appetizers, sauces, or other liquors.
